Business scenario
Ecomart is an eCommerce company based in Bangladesh that collects products from various sellers across the whole country and serves customers who are too busy to shop from the shopping mall and want eco-friendly authentic products in a short time.
Ecomart focused to offer authentic products to customers by ensuring product quality. They are able to offer a wide spectrum of competitive pricing, depending on the options chosen by the customer.

In the modern world people looking for authentic products without moving and facing any issues to save their time and money. They always looking for a comfortable life to make their life easier.
Online shopping can be a great way to save time and money in this modern era. Design an experience where authentic sellers could sell their products and customers could find their desired products and buy them without facing any issues.

Area of problems I tried to solve
Nowadays online shopping industry is growing so fast and updating every day. But Most people looking for their desired products but sometimes they do mistakes and failed to find authentic products online.
Also could not find the product details availability and delivery process. as a result customers are getting frustrated. on the other hand, the sellers could not reach the right customers.
Facing issues to present the benefits of their products to the customers, as a result, they failed to generate sales and lost their business. I talked with a lot of people (customers and sellers) and found a lot of problems. Let me share some of the problems that I found both on the customer’s side and also seller’s side.

For our qualitative research, I interviewed 7 persons based on age, gender, and accessibility. I got a lot of insights into their challenges & motivations. Here are a few general questions and answers that I included in all the interactions.
