Problem statement :

Coffee lovers in New York City struggle to find a convenient and efficient way to order and pay for their coffee on the go. This leads to long lines and waits times, resulting in frustrated customers and lost business for coffee shops.

Area of problems I tried to solve :

The Freshomia coffee & cafe mobile app aims to solve this problem by providing a simple, easy-to-use platform for customers to order and pay for their coffee ahead of time.

The app will allow customers to browse menus, customize orders, and pay securely through their mobile devices. This will help to reduce wait times and create a more seamless customer experience.

Additionally, the app will offer loyalty rewards and promotions to incentivize repeat business and increase customer satisfaction.

The app’s user interface will be designed to be intuitive and user-friendly, allowing customers to quickly and easily place their orders.

Overall, the Freshomia coffee & cafe app will provide a convenient and efficient solution for coffee lovers in New York City, improving the customer experience and driving business for coffee shops.
